All products sold carry a 12 month warranty from date of
purchase unless stated otherwise. Products must be used in accordance with the
manufacturers recommendations. If a product becomes defective during the
12 month period, it must be returned to TVS R US for assessment. If
the product is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. Freight costs
incurred in returning the product to us will be at the senders
expense or it can be dropped off to our Sydney Office. We will cover
the cost of freight to return the replacement/repaired product. Should
an identical product be unavailable for replacement (possibly
discontinued) an equivalent product will be sent.
Please notify TVS R US within 7 days if an item arrives damaged or DOA.
Please keep receipt for proof of purchase. TVS R US will not replace
items unless receipt is provided.
Postage via regular AUSPOST and handling are included on all smaller items, within Australia.
TVs only include standard set-up within 200Km's of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Hobart. Currently for all other areas within Australia, TVs will be freighted via courier only.
Please understand the look of some products may change slighty due to periodically upgraded models.
